Fundraising Activities

 

Membership- Every penny of our membership fees goes directly into our general fund to help underwrite our contributions to the various sports programs at Waukesha West.

 

Apparel Sales- Booster Club sells quality WEST clothing throughout the year. T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, shorts, sweats, and much more.  Proceeds from these sales goes right back into our school sports programs.  Look for us at registration in the fall, teachers conferences, open house, and other events.  You can always ask us about WEST clothing anytime our concession stand(s) are open.

 

Golf Outing- Our annual golf outing has become a MAJOR fundraiser for the Booster Club.  You don't have to be a pro to play, in fact, if you're like me, you don't even have to hit the ball well.  It's all about the fun and comeraderie. (and the fundraising).  The golf outing includes lunch, raffle items, and a silent auction.  If you've never played before, you should play this year!  If you have played, come on back!  More information can be found here.

 

Concessions - The Booster Club operates concessions for most indoor and outdoor events at West.  All proceeds are funnelled back into our sports programs at West.  Don't eat before you come to the game, eat at the game!  Please help our student athletes by patronizing the concession stand. ( We make the best popcorn around!)

 

Donations - While not traditionally a major fundraiser, we hope to do better in this area.  The Booster Club is a non profit 501(c)(3) organization and therefore any contribution to the Booster Club is tax deductible.  Consider donating today!
